Summing up at the end of Dubai Airshow 2021

The 18th International Aerospace Exhibition in the Middle East – Dubai Airshow 2021 has come to an end. The air show was attended by companies from 150 countries, which were presented in 20+ national pavilions.

Dubai air show is a leading global event in the civil and military aviation industry, constantly attracting the attention of government circles around the world, high-ranking military and businessmen. The exhibition provides exhibitors with a highly effective way to meet policymakers and experts.

The innovative developments of the AURA Group of Companies – the unmanned aerial vehicle of the helicopter type AURA100 – has been exhibited at the Dubai Airshow for several years and aroused great interest among visitors to the company’s exhibit booth. Developers have reached new heights in the creation of UAVs, transforming and modifying the helicopter for specific areas of use. The UAVs, being a universal platform, are focused on different areas of application: logistics, agriculture, geophysics, monitoring, rescue operations, firefighting.

Preparations for the deployment of production in the UAE go under a full head of steam. The negotiations are carried on in order to choose buildings for SKD assembly of the UAVs (Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai South, and Dubai Jafza) and to locate the manufacturing plants accordingly. For the highlighted structures, production drawings for the placement of workplaces are developed with a detailed study of assembly units in accordance with the technological procedure.

Manufacturing of an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) is the high-tech production of aviation equipment and forms the basis of the technological independence of the AURA Group of Companies. Semi-knocked Down kits of the UAVs are planned to be assembled in the UAE. SKD assembly of UAVs involves the manufacturing process of assembly, inspection, internal combustion engine (ICE) adjustment, testing of electronic systems, etc. At the moment, the production of composite fuselages, fuel tanks, air ducts has been established. The issue of manufacturing parts from aluminum alloy used in various UAV AURA100 systems is being studied.
